BE.Spoke has taken a 10 year lease on approximately 12,000 sq ft over two floors in Lothbury’s 20 Rathbone Place, London W1. The corporate flex space provider has delivered an end to end managed property solution for a leading UK based multinational energy and services company, creating customised workspace for two of its key technology divisions, and will be home to 200 people.

In addition to the two floors of customised workspace BE.Spoke is also providing a Headspace coworking amenity for the client to use.
As with the Fitzrovia centre, the lease liability, fit-out, FM, hospitality-led services and dilapidations have all been outsourced to BE.Spoke, giving the client flexibility, agility and award-winning service delivery as well as the option to extend the term or even expand its space requirements.
