Büro Opens Second Co-Working Space in Miami Beach by RE:MiamiBeach

Shared office space provider Büro Group has opened its second location in Miami Beach. Büro’s newest co-work space is located on the top floor of a recently completed boutique retail and office building at 929 Alton Road. The 12,000 sq. Space contains more than 40 private offices which can hold from 1 to 10 people along with common areas and meeting rooms. According to Büro Founder and CEO Michael Feinstein, “Demand for workspace in South Florida – especially on more flexible terms like those offered by Büro – has increased steadily in recent months.” More than 25 local companies have moved into the Alton Road space since its opening. Charles Bonney-Aché, Development Manager and Landlord Representative for 929 Alton, commented, “There is definitely a shortage of high quality, turnkey office space in Miami Beach. Post-Covid the demand for this type of workspace will only accelerate, so we are delighted to have Büro in the building to address the opportunity.” Büro counts “Roughly 500 companies” in its membership base across all seven of its South Florida locations.
