Radius CoWork now occupies entire ninth floor of Renaissance Centre, has 150 members.
For Sean Fedorko and the 150 members of Radius CoWork, the “gym membership” has really paid off.
When people ask Fedorko what a coworking space like Radius is, that’s how he describes it.
What I tell people is, it’s kind of like a gym for businesses.
“Well, first, because it’s less expensive than buying the equipment yourself.
”Fedorko and fellow co-founder Bill Scholz brought the concept of coworking to Erie in 2015 when they launched Radius CoWork.
They thought the ceiling for Radius CoWork was about 25 members for the 2,200-square feet they won rent-free for the first year as part of a contest started by building owner and local developer Tom Kennedy.
